Court Fines Charles Bissue GH¢5000

Charles Bissue, the former secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), has been fined GH¢500 by the Human Rights Court for allegedly failing to act in his case to prevent the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) from looking into and prosecuting him. In June, Charles Bissue filed a writ at the Accra
